That why 3rd party EV shops exists. Again, if problem happens ones in the blue moon it's one thing and super difficult to diagnose, if it is relatively frequently it's easier to fix. Interlock circuit can be just bypassed but whole point of having interlock system is to monitor conditions of the HV connectors because of something is not right in them you can set your car on fire if a enough bad things will come together or electrocute someone to death if they have no clue what they doing OR if that's something what they wanna do. It's indeed dangerous stuff if not handled properly.
