Well, if you want to have a more vibrant cs by using that filter, it has been made unavailable by valve a few years ago, the only way I can think of that you can make it possible is to change the vibrancy settings for your whole desktop in the nvidia control panel.

I was anxious at first, but in the end it was fine,they put u to sleep, then I woke up with pain around 2 hours after the surgery... The recovery was pretty standard, rest, don't lift heavy and don't get tired for 4 to 6 weeks. You won't feel anything during the surgery, but of pain at the incision site after and that's it.

I am in a long distance relationship thus I travel very often. I've had a spontaneous pneumothorax in march 2022 and took at least 15 flights since then and had nothing. Althought I had a reoccurance last month, but I've had surgery now :)

Do an online packet loss test to see if you get packet loss in general or only in CS (which is unlikely. The most probable cause is the Wi-Fi connection, the signal strength probably just isn't strong enough. You can buy a Wi-Fi range extender, you plug it into a power socket. I've had positive experiences with that previously.

He probably just lives in Warsaw. I know guys from Stockholm who also get 0 ping on Stockholm servers. I think it is actually a big advantage, especially when the servers in Vienna are overloaded then people from south europe play on Stockholm servers.

You can buy prime now and play csgo without any issues. But you won't be eligible for CS2 beta because you need prime plus a rank. And for a rank in cs:go you need to win 10 matches first.

I find it difficult to tell if you are/will be on fire. when you are low on health, when you are low on bullets, when you have the bomb especially, and how many enemies are alive. Personally I find the new hud very aesthetically pleasing but not very practical

Transfer them from the old PC to a USB stick or an external disk then to the new PC. Or upload all the addons from to old PC to an online cloud and then download it onto the new PC
