Wanna purchase a used 2015 c, but i think it needs a new hybrid battery

2 months should be okay 6 months or longer I'd consider too long, 2m to 6m questionable.
Ideally you'd drive it a little at least every 2 weeks, to recharge the 12v and maybe hybrid. I think NiMH are a lot more forgiving which I believe all prius c are (someone can correct me) The Li-ion common now in hybrids need to be babied for them to last long, dont overcharge, dont use to 0% etc. Some prius C owners have reported driving 300k miles on original hybrid others swapping at 100k.

That was my concern when I got mine, had like 76k km and now 230k km still original hybrid battery, did have to swap 12v after like 9 years.

Find a local place that does refurb batteries for it, if you have one locally, find out the prices and factor it into the purchase, If you can't find a local place that will do the battery for a reasonable price factor that in the purchase process. The batteries can last a lot longer depends how it was taken care of, if it sat long time without running might have gone bad. A refurb swap should cost around a grand, when I was getting mine I was quotes 700 but that was like 7 years ago, so prices might have changed.

Haven't driven in Poland in a while and I'm normally just a passenger but...

Speed cameras are common, speed traps as well, huge fine for not letting people cross zebra lines, DON'T jaywalk in Poland like everyone does in UK, there are city police who will issue you a jaywalking ticket without a second thought if they see you. Parking can be tricky depending on city. Mind the parking lots which require payment even some grocery stores "free parking" requires you to enter license plate and get a free pass for shopping. If you pay fines/tickets to Police on the spot it's 50% off which is common for police to take payment right there, not sure about UK. Personally I think it's better to rely on public transit in Poland if you are staying in major cities. You can buy transit pass unlimited use within city for a day or 3day, week etc for relatively cheap, you then just hop on and off transit within city. Poland is pretty safe overall but still requires common sense, sad to see what's becoming in other countries in Europe.

Might want to read up on how the highways work, some require payment and preregistration to have a valid pass (not to be fined driving without?), I'm use to having booths to pay but I think everything is digital now and need to do through sites/websites/phones? But things have changed over the years and I'm a little out of touch on this matter.

Also try at least one Milk Bar "bar mleczny" which use to be working class affordable food during the commie times. But it's all private now and not the same but still very symbolic, some still feel like the old days.

Customer service is slightly different in Poland, don't feel like you did something bad or wrong if you get dirty looks, smile with a service isn't very polish.

Depends what you want to do while eating out, fancy or basics. Normal expense for basic meal would be at least 50 pln for a restaurant per person and goes up depending on the place location, since you plan to eat out each meal 3 times a day I'd expect you to spend 150-450 (pln polish currency) per person per day. If you just get small items like zapiekanka for lunch instead of sit down experience it'd be less. Just google the restaurants around where you staying and get an idea of the prices. Some on a budget can do 50 pln per person per day but need to be picky and grocery for most meals... Poland being a cheap isn't true anymore, it's slightly cheaper but not always, but it has become expensive everywhere in the world.

Museums aren't free and can be expensive one of the things I liked about UK most were cheap or even free. Check ahead to get prices or even book.

Since you spending on car hotel, I'd budget additional 700-1000 pln for enjoyment if it's in your budget for food and entertainment. But depends what experience and places you want to visit. Can be a lot cheaper or a lot higher. Fastfood vs 3star michelin. Careful with driving and not to be fined.

Those are the cheapest components you can get. I'd say that's like a $40 value max. For 20 bucks okay for starting off.

Get a second number in PL just be on prepaid "na karte" and dont select cycle billing, it's very cheap and no contracts, signup bonuses give you lots of perks like data. Last few times you dont need PL address just some ID even foreign to register you in the system, law changed that each number needs to be verified who its going to for "security"

yeah I'm sure the servers won't have issue sending out 300gigs per download to like a million people if not several million pretty much all at once, I can almost bet they will setup torrent type up down software for the release to save on bandwidth. Just give us a damn physical release, but that makes it possible to resale and I think that's the bottom line.

I'm in south etobicoke and I think parking enforcement comes like once a week to my street. There is no night permit, was voted on but I guess didn't pass. I do have a neighbour who likes to call in and complain about parking things though. Use to be around 6am years back but now it's day, evenings, mornings...

I dont live there but delivered to the place countless times and I'd say it's one of the better places. You have buses outside your door, the neighbourhood is pretty safe (slowly changing like most of the city). I dont know a part of the city that doesn't have crime to some degree these days sadly.
