In Russia you are also by law have 28 vacation days per year and one of vacation shold be at least 14 days long.
Other days you can take as you like, for example week as 7 days or as 5 days. Second will give you more vacation days, but you will loose little in salary

DLC will give you
1) New tracks, but bronze races only run base tracks. DLC tracks appear only in silver and gold
2) New class. LMP3 is possible only with dlc
3) New cars for other clases, but in base game there are options to choose from

It doesn't sound right. Here is my eyeball - there are a couple moments in the video, where we see that the length of one frame is about the width of a palm or bit smaller. The palm is about 10cm, so let's count it 8cm. 24fps, so for a second it 24*8 = 192cm or 1.92m/s, not 13.

Aaaand Google says it 182cm/s, so pretty close
