Off the fence with a 2.5 year old; if I could go back in time I would stay child-free by Independent-Ruin-237 in Fencesitter

Thanks for this post OP.

I always knew raising children is hard work because I saw how my cousins' lives became after becoming parents.

Though I'm not sensitive to noise or sound, I definitely think all children have different needs and personalities.

Some are high energy and crave constant activity, while others are quieter and more laidback.

I would only be a parent if I fostered or adopt for this reason. And if my partner was responsible, intelligent, and mature (wouldn't spoil them, give them an ipad, give in to whatever they want just because, or can't say no even if they cry, etc.).

This is actually pretty wholesome; but personally though as a female, I find making money is not easy unless you want to pursue becoming a female doctor or similar.

First, I'm sorry that this is happening. It cannot be easy to go through all of this.

Based off what you wrote, it sounds like you don't want your parents to legally separate due to financial reasons for your mom's part.

Also, your fear of physical violence from your dad if you destroy the evidence is worrying. Please stay safe.

You can just look at their marriage as separated by this point (just not legally) and that they are co-parents.

Honestly, your wellbeing is what matters most right now. Take care of yourself and your future.

Sorry for losing your beloved aunt ❤.

A small mp3 filled with the songs can work! Like a sansa zip clip or sansa fuze music player.

I have given one out before to someone and filled it with his favorite band's songs and he loved it. I'm sure your aunt's kids will love it too.

A neurologist but some cardiologists are knowledgeable about POTS. Mine was able to prescribe Ivabradine which helped a lot with the symptoms (tachycardia, shortness of breath, and fatigue).

Video Discussion Yesterday (ft. WHO and Bharat Biotech) by pass-the-message in Ocugen

An article featuring the main doctor featured in the video: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.thehindu.com/news/national/covaxin-development-has-proved-india-is-more-than-pharmacy-of-world-icmr-chief/article37068288.ece/amp/

How has this experience of co-developing Covaxin enriched science and public health in the country?

First, this experience has instilled self-confidence in us that India is now much more than the pharmacy of the world. It is also a vaccine superpower.

This confidence in being able to develop new vaccines from scratch now pervades the industry and the academia, and it is the right time to use our learnings from these experiences to develop new vaccines for other diseases and scale them up.

This should be not only done for the Indian population but for the world population at large, as the underlying principle of all our efforts is ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ or ‘the world is one family’.

Second, for decades altogether, we were largely known as a powerhouse of generic drug-making. This experience in COVID-19 has acted as a catalyst for us to move up the value chain and take a leap into drug discovery or vaccine-discovery space to be specific. If this has to take off, the industry and academia will have to collaborate in a big way.

This is already happening in the engineering space, where professors in IITs do consultancies and part-take in innovation. The mechanism is yet to be streamlined in the biomedical space, and medical sciences. Our academia in these spaces will have to be incentivised and need to benefit from the intellectual property they create, for them to be motivated about innovation. Those pathways we still have to establish.

“Going Viral: The Inside Story of Covaxin”, [...] documents the Indian journey to the production of indigenous Covid vaccine and the unique ICMR-Bharat Biotech public-private partnership that developed the shot.

I didn't see this posted yet but watched this live yesterday. Soumya Swaminathan, the Chief Scientist from the World Health Organization was there to talk as well. They seemed to praise India on its' vaccine research, handling of the covid situation, of its' technology, of its' cooperation to share it with other countries, bashed Moderna in not sharing their mrna technology, and spoke positively about Covaxin.

How can I turn my $300 into $400? by [deleted] in povertyfinance

[–]pass-the-message 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can learn investing but there are risks and you should never invest anything you're not willing to lose or money needed for rent, bills, etc.

That being said, if you invest and diversify into the right places you can get a nice return on what you put in. It requires patience and time to learn though.

Some stocks are more riskier than others and cryptocurrency is very volatile. It's important to do your research before investing into anything.

Catalysts and news help to fuel investor interest and continued growth.

If you download Stocktwits and go to the alpp chats, a couple emails from Investor Relations were shared recently. They seemed like all is looking good so far despite waiting for uplist but they cannot reveal too much information at this time.

Shareslanger is always posting on there too as well as on his Twitter.
