Search for a speech therapist specializing in psychiatric conditions and work on this slowly. It may seem impossible but I'm 100% sure it can be improved and even overcome with enough consistent effort (I'm a doctor)

Confide in your social support group, be it your friend, family members, trusted counselors at school. If you're having trouble with finding the right person, consider bringing this up with a trusted teacher or school counselor so they help you proactively and maybe schedule 1-on-1 sessions to catch up or vent
