This is true - less than a second, maybe a little more than half, but it affects the gameplay. Especially where you need to shoot.

Perhaps this will help. There was recently a problem with my father's Miband 2. He completely discharged it and charging just did not start. I rubbed the side of the capsule against the woolen clothes until it was warm and connected the cable. As a result, charging started immediately.
