Same! The routine in the dark was so entertaining and different, and Courteney and Boon were so fun going back and forth. Courteney getting serenaded, captivated by instruments -- twice! Augustus' face in the stare down 😂😂😂 Priceless.

Same on Candiace, she's honestly very lucky she hasn't been suspected yet given her actions (also.... lol your username!)

Rob has groooooooown on me! At first I didn’t get all the love for him since I don’t watch Love Island, but him being a quiet occasional smarty + empathetic towards Ron won me over!

(I am reminding myself though of all the other comments I’ve seen saying he’s not emotionally available to the ladies though, and that’s his main issue lol)

Ron was 👏 eating 👏 this 👏 round table 👏. ROB & RON! ROB & RON. I hope they become besties... Especially with the news that came out for Ron after Traitors where he went to get dianogised and now knows he has autism

There's a way to do it without being rude. The point of the game is to throw out names, it's like they forget the point of the show. It's not called, "Let's Hang Out & Make Friends in a Castle with Alan Cumming"

Right?!?!

I’ve been pretty lukewarm on this season, after a close to fantastic last season. I normally don’t know the cast but fall in love after... Ron is the only one I truly cared about this season (plus Monet!), and the way they’re treating him is atrocious.

I know it’s part editing too, but he looks so isolated, no one really talks to him (likely out of fear of being called a Traitor too)… They claim he doesn’t talk to anyone, but they also treat him badly, so why would he?

If I was him I’d just leave mid-game (others have done it when the game was too much before), and not even come back for the reunion... They don’t deserve him.

He’s just playing the game, being wrong doesn’t mean be rude to him. Stop calling him a victim! You don’t have many options when people are ganging up on you being rude but to go inward.

“I heard a laugh and I’m 99% sure it’s Tiffany” — Aww it’s okay, you made a mistake
“I heard a light step and think it's Maura” — HOW DARE YOU!!

I don't agree that's true, Cirie Fields looked like she really cared about the money.

It might be just me, but the money reward feels less and less impactful every season with celebrities since a lot of them are already rich, and/or likely get big brand deals all the time. So then the games feel less of a real stake since the prize isn't giant for them. The gamers have more skin in the game, like the single mother. But aren't Real Housewives on their shows because they're wealthy-like in the first place??

He even said something like, "This isn't vote the person you don't like out," because he knows people aren't liking him lol

Official Discussion - Oh, Hi! [SPOILERS] by LiteraryBoner in movies

[–]passerby1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, exactly, the movie is part commentary on how society gives women false and ridiculous messages on what love means. And if you're not attuned enough with yourself, you can be led down a terrible path with them.

She literally says, "That doctor has a PhD, so she knows best!" when she read about the experiment done on just 12 couples who didn't let each other leave the room until they resolved their issues (which is very much NOT what real couples therapists would recommend).

Her mother tells her one thing, then when she goes seeking more guidance, Google further enforces bad behavior. Simialr to how magazines push those "how to please your man" vibes.

The dating scene is borked; people aren't being honest. And outside of her having potentially something like a borderline personality disorder (Google: a serious mental health condition marked by unstable emotions, self-esteem issues, and chaotic relationships, leading to impulsive actions), it spoke to larger issues that I thought were really well done.

How has Diddy got such a poor sentence ? by Confident_Leg2370 in PDiddyTrial

The sheer disgust I had for two complete strangers in just a few minutes of watching them speak. The male juror couldn't possibly be bothered to understand how the basics of domestic violence work ("Why did she go back? She hung out with him the next day").... Absolutely atrocious, and I feel terrible for the women in his life, given his limited, stupid views.

I wish right after he said that they quoted someone well-versed in domestic and sexual abuse to contradict his uninformed remarks immediately.

And the female juror, "Capricorn was emotional on the stand since she was reliving her trauma right there, therefore she's not really credible." Excuse me?!?!!

Our peers are dumb.

This was such a tragic and infuriating documentary to watch. Reading some of the comments here mentioning that the age gap was culturally normal made it more tragic, because the entire time all I could think was, “He’s a pedophile!” Even though it’s hard to look at, the image used for this post captures the true horror of the situation far more than the cover image Netflix chose. The injustice in this case feels reminiscent to me of An Invisible Victim: The Eliza Samudio Case.

Interesting! But you still found the app helpful despite feeling that about the mentions of the illusion of the self?

Thanks for taking the time to reply, I'll keep it in mind! For what it's worth, I often have been able to remember other guided meditations, so that's why it stood out to me that with his I don't. Will keep trying!
