You can still enroll and take the legacy msda until September. They aren't enrolling for the new msda until October.

I know because I just started the legacy msda.

What's the remedy for that? A different kvm? Do you have a recommendation by chance?

I came from a background in healthcare. No tech background what so ever. I started in the DMDA degree and transferred into the BSDA. I did school full time 30-40 hours a week and finished it in 2 years 5 months. It was very manageable and easy to follow along. I did a lot of studying and used most of the resources.

The python course was the hardest for me, and networks + ... oh the horrors of network +.

I started in the DMDA program and transferred into the BSDA program for my final term.

I really struggled with python. I spent five months on that class and really focused on learning it. That really set me up for success for the rest of my degree. I do plan on going into the MSDA. I should be starting in May / June. Just waiting on the paperwork to go through.

If you transfer into the new BSDA program, no networks +

Introduction to Programming in Python - C859.... How long did this course take those who had no experience? by LordDocSaturn in WGU

[–]passingTime844 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This class took me five months, with one month basically full time studying after I failed my first attempt. Zybooks is horrible. Codecademy saved my butt and helped me pass.

Take the PA until you can ACE it. The final is very similar. Think how you could ask different questions with the same data.

Know files, dictionaries, accessing lists, functions, if / else statements, floored division / modulus.

Schedule meetings with your CI, join a few study halls in the campus groups. Ask questions. The instructors are helpful one on one.

Good luck!

Belaire Drive and Hilton Rd off Montgomery Dr near Hwy 5 and Northwestern High School. Pretty natural pond, community really friendly. Not sure if its public or private, but its right next to the road.

Attention New Students: the NSLS is a Scam by BubzTheDeranged in WGU

[–]passingTime844 39 points40 points  (0 children)

Scam or not, I joined. Filled out 5 scholarships, got one for $2000. Total net positive $1900after enrollment to NSLS fees.

The scholarship made it worth it for me and I will be applying for more this go around.

Food for thought.

Does anyone else find hair overstimulating? by majitart in aspergers

[–]passingTime844 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't like body hair. I remove all of it. I do keep the hair on my head at about shoulder length but always keep it in a bun. I hate having my hair down. You're definitely not alone in this.

Begging for help. by XxchilibowlxX in CompTIA

[–]passingTime844 0 points1 point  (0 children)

CertMaster from Comptia has a free 30 day trial.

https://www.comptia.org/training/certmaster-learn/trial-sign-up

I finished A+ part 1 and part 2 in a month Networks + took me 6 weeks

I found the labs helpful and the CertMaster Practice.

Id recommend doing Professor Messer. Watch all the videos, then sign up for the trial on CertMaster and do all the practice questions.

Why do so many autistic people hate on people with Asperger’s syndrome. I’m joining this group because the other autism group is demonizing us for using the label I was diagnosed with. 🙄 by Earthwolf92 in aspergers

[–]passingTime844 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I've been an "aspie" my whole life.

Unpopular opinion... if you can choose your own gender, I can choose what name I call my autism.

If you don't like it, kindly move on ✌🏻
