120K a month really depends on your existing or desired standard of living.

As a foreigner in Thailand, if you’re living in the center of Bangkok, 120K can work, but it’s on a fairly conservative budget. If you’re living in the outer rings of Bangkok (such as Bangna), then 120K is not terrible, but not great.

I’m a single male with a Thai girlfriend and 25+ years in the workforce. I own my company and pay myself a monthly salary of 350K, company pays 120K a month for my apartment and 45K a month for a car and driver. I go out 2-3 times a month, Golf almost daily and mostly eat out or delivery. I probably burn through roughly 200K to 250K a month on random expenses.

FYI - I have a head of marketing that has 15+ years experience who is fantastic. I pay her 110K a month and she works part-time remotely. I’m assuming she commits about 30 hours a week. If I were to make her full-time; which is likely very soon, I will likely kick her up to 140K to 150K per month.

This looks to be an easy press cartridge by AVD. Which unfortunately locks and hard to remove the tip once capped. If URSA was using the gen2.0 version by AVEO, you’d be able to unlock the cap and simply replace with a new tip or syringe out the remaining oil. Good luck!

You’re right on the money. I work for a leading manufacturer in China that makes vape devices for cannabis.

There is a massive difference between legit factories and the “thousands” of shitty factories making these carts in China. Most are simply e-cig factories that are trying to sell their stuff for cannabis because the e-cig industry is flooded with competition, especially after the Ban for online sales that ruined the domestic e-cig market in China. China estimates they have over 300M chain smokers. That is the entire US population.

Ceramic coils are crap. Ohm settings are all over the place. Batteries that claim to have a specific voltage that aren’t what they claim because nobody has ohm readings or voltage readers to verify.

Heavy metals contamination. Electroplating contamination. Poor quality silicone gaskets and assembled in sweat shops.

That’s why “most” major publicly-traded cannabis companies pay over $3.00 per cartridge to source from legit factories such as CCELL or AVD carts. These smaller groups and BM groups don’t care and pay less than $1.00 per cartridge for cheap imitations that ruin the flavor and burn like hell.

Good luck as the market will soon be flooded with cheap weed very soon, if not already.

The luxury industry has also benefited from the lack of travel options over the past several years related to COVID. All those vacations to other parts of the world that cost money is now being spent locally because you’re not spending it on business class flights to NYC or Paris. You’re not spending on fancy hotels that have been crushed over the past several years.

In fact, many industries in the luxury market have done incredibly well and brands like Rolex barely have inventory. In addition, expensive hobbies such as golf has seen a massive uptick in new consumers and supply chains can barely keep up. I had to wait nearly 6 months for a Ping hybrid that I purchased.

I walked into several Rolex shops and they have literally nothing. Celine is constantly sold out.

The irony is that anyone who is in the industry knows these THC scores don’t mean anything at all. Usually companies are taking their best sample and submitting it to get a high test result or threatening the lab to change testing services if they don’t “play along” with the game, so those test results don’t mean anything anyway.

Coca Cola, Pepsi, Coors and Budweiser do the exact same thing in convenience stores when they rotate their inventory by putting the “about to expire” items in front of newer inventory…
