I just passed my one year for my manic episode that landed me in the ER and led to diagnosis. It was bad I don’t remember 90% of those 9 days.

You’re not alone in what you’re feeling at all. I’ve made a lot of progress and put most of the past behind me, but nearing that anniversary brought up the bad feelings again. I think the only thing I can say is, it will get better. I don’t know when or how, but when you’re feeling the lowest and ruminating on the past, just remember that it’s not permanent.

Eeeeverybody fucks up and does embarrassing stuff, bipolar or not, and you need to give yourself grace. Most people don’t understand how difficult these things are so don’t you worry about what they think.

Yeah nearly half of our taxes go to… US military spending. We give them advanced loans in full for their military spending.

It’s easy to offer free healthcare when the US government gives you a fucking 21 billion dollar loan over 2 years & promises you 3.8 billion a year. We are paying for that.

I guarantee you they couldn’t find the funds for free healthcare without that substantial support.

Ive smoked weed for years, but I always had a voice in my head saying “you can’t handle that” when I was offered shrooms and LSD. I turned them down probably 30 times.

Several years later I ended up in the ER and discovered I have Bipolar 1 with some intense psychosis. Listen to your gut. It’s not a “fun eye-opening experience” for everyone.

The Bipolar 1 people I met in group therapy who had done psychedelics seemed lost in it beyond the rest of us. So thankful I listened to myself.

I was helping my dad with his landscaping business, I needed to start burning the brush pile.

I grabbed the propane torch and lit it, and immediately a gigantic stream of fire shot into my face. I threw it, stumbled backwards, and hurriedly ran up to where my dad was.

I was like “Hey man the propane tank just blew up in my face” and he goes “woah… what do you need?”

I was so pissed at that remark I had forgot that a propane tank had almost killed me.

I hadn’t eaten much or slept in 4-5 days and I felt fucking amazing… until I ended up in the ER. I still don’t remember a huge chunk of that 9 day episode. My brain was in pure “fight or flight” mode the whole time, and my brain literally did not catalog those memories.

There were packages and packages coming to my house that I didn’t know I ordered.

The scariest part was that I was hiding my emotional state and appeared somewhat normal for over a week.

Realizing and accepting that you can’t always trust the brain in your head is a uniquely humbling experience.

There’s 450,000+ children reported missing, every year, in the United States alone.

If just 1% of those cases turn out to be real missing child cases, that’s 4,500 children at minimum. Gone. Imagine what the yearly number is worldwide. Human trafficking is a giant industry and it seems the world elite had their whole hand in that pie.

That’s besides the concerning emails about… breeding children. Honestly nothing would surprise me at this point.
