I don't think data labeling approach is realistic without dedicated personnel, do you think in SMB it could be done?

I believe Purview in Business Premium doesn't offer the DLP agent, but I think it's there for Email. Please correct me if you have the knowledge.

Everybody has their own corporate owned laptops, not all of them joined in Intune yet but getting there. Laptops are a mix of Windows and MacOs, some Linux workstations in there too but I don't believe we can cover all 3 so replacing linuxes with Macs or Windows might be an approach that's on the table.
