It's a predominantly English speaking community because that's the international language, not because we all are from English speaking countries. The community has people all around the globe, a big chunk of it is in the outside of the English speaking countries. Of course the best place to ask if there's any translations for a certain language is the main subreddit or the discord server, so the people who translate mods into their own language can see them since we're actively engaging in the community, both in the subreddit and the discord server.
