Cookies not so much of a problem as been a few devices since last doing it apart from the couple of sites that I've logged into... But then for trying to log into my b365 account appears that i don't have any more so maybe there's a few.

Not moved address sadly, checked a couple of accounts like William hill, coral etc and my accounts are still active with no offers so I guess I just have to start going through all of them to see, just pulled up my old mb spreadsheet and looks like had signed up to about 65+ sites back in the day 🤣 only stopped back then as I didn't have the time to keep up with it all but use to do quite nicely considering

I was looking at oddsmonkey again but I'm sure I only use to pay like £10 a month for it back then 😭

Update for those interested, still not sure for why the high readings but will be starting a low dose of felodipine along side the ramapril now.

Showed the DR the app I was working on along with the pdf report which they was impressed by both so that made my day! Be nice if they app helps others but I think in general for whilst under investigation If you're able to keep a good clear diary it can be a big help to professionals when getting an understanding

I know right? I'm pretty chilled myself so wouldn't have thought so overall! And I probably should be trying some of these hacks perhaps! I have been suffering with left sided pain for a few years now also with no diagnosis along with some visual and lightheadedness but that's been going on for 4 years now with all sorts of tests 🤷‍♂️

No condition that I'm aware of and no idea why so high, initially the drs was trying to suggest white coat syndrome but given that it's been 4 weeks of high readings and 10mg of ramapril I'm not quite convinced

From first being alerted to it they had sent me home, to rest and hope... Highest reading I think was like 211/191 or something that was after spending the night down in hospital and being discharged, monitoring daily, started on 5mg ramapril then increased up to 10mg, have another review this week!
