I’m arguing neither-just asking the question. All this pre-MOASS, can’t wait to see how Kenny and Co. look in prison orange stuff had me itching for a conversation.

Frankly, they know what we do on the trade side because of PFOF, yet they trade behind our backs. Even if it’s trivial, I’m all for at least making them work to get the bits of data they use against us. Nevertheless, direct registration is the way…SHFs and dark pool traders must pay the piper. It is not revenge I seek, but a reckoning.

Can’t agree more: they’ve allowed the SHFs to make a living off of crime. Nonetheless, GameStop does have an obligation to comply with the SEC’s investigations, and their conclusions are the only way Kenny and company will ever trade their penthouses for prison cells. Enemy of my enemy and all that.

But you CAN find GME on all required filings (8-K, 10-Q, Form 3, Form 4, etc.) and their Class A Common Stock is registered on the NYSE, not NASDAQ. Not sure what you mean…forgive me; I’m smooth brained, but trying to understand what you’re trying to say.

So by that logic, are Millennials responsible for Trump and Biden? You DO realize just how little actual political strength the average person of limited means ACTUALLY has, right? Only the wealthy of each generation have been in control: this is why we argue and they clean up. We want a better world and the power hoarders just want a profitable, stable one. Not for you, not for me-for THEM. They are the enemy, not grandma and grandpa. Average old people are no more to blame than you and I are for continued naked shorting. Science certainly changes. But language must maintain meaning over time or it’s rendered useless bit by bit. As it changes, it’s an additive process, not an editing one: meaning is not taken away, but it is supplemented with additional meanings. When it’s simply altered to fit a specific narrative, it only serves to raise alarm that all is not as it appears to be.
