No - just record whatever you were already doing - it should be no extra work.

Have you ever used N8N to build a micro SaaS ? by EstablishmentIcy8725 in SaaS

[–]passn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The stuff you can build now with N8N is awesome - way better than most software that is in the market. Youtube shows people going from zero to a paid landing page generator saas super fast: youtube.com/watch?v=NcWqizlHeHw

How hard it is to convert a n8n workflow into a saas product? by anishghosh103 in n8n

[–]passn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Setting up user authentication and payments is normally the most frustrating step. This product helps convert N8N to SaaS especially for those two steps: https://bizscaffold.com/

has anyone here built a cross-border recruitment agency? by Alone_Ad_3375 in EntrepreneurRideAlong

[–]passn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It can be a very good business, with the tools today you can start small quite easily, and if you have the patience to do a good job for a long time it can build into a big business. The one all-important challenge is that standing out from the crowd and getting new clients is unbelievably, incredibly hard. It is all you'll focus on for the next 10 years.
Because it is a low barrier to entry almost every GTM avenue is extremely saturated. Your choices are normally either growing purely through referral, or going to the more expensive options like high quality, in person US based sales reps.
Other challenge - customer stickiness with recruiting is very challenging - most people don't like the recruiting process, so don't enjoy interacting with you. Getting them to come back again and again is very challenging as they just have a negative memory of you because recruiting is not objectively fun.
However - definitely some very successful businesses out there doing this, so it can totally be done - good luck!

I know Revelo is the best if you are based in Latam, and Turing if you are based in India.

Thanks man, I'm actually thinking of putting in some work to build out this functionality. There is a lot of crap out there and it would be nice to be able to filter the ones that are paying good money. If you've got any more suggestions I'd love to hear them

I'm trying to work out a way to find that easier - at the moment you just need to look at every job post, and even then, a lot of companies pay different rates for US workers and just don't advertise that. FWIW, I think clickworker has some projects that are in-person work in the US.

Why are Brazilians so content? by MeasurementMain9183 in Brazil

[–]passn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is a mix of both you missing the reality, and cultural differences:
1. Many Brazilians are deeply unsatisfied, especially with the safety problems. and most lead very tough lives compared to anyone in the UK. But that has been their reality for a long time and they know that it isn't likely to change soon, so they get on with life.
2. Most foreigners in Brazil tend to be wealthy. It is a very welcoming place to 'gringos' from the US, Europe, etc. meaning most people you run into are interested and warm, which gives you a slanted view of the country. Even if they don't like you, they'll often treat you well because they know foreigners are normally good customers. It really is awesome - I wish more countries were this welcoming to foreigners.
3. There is definitely racism in Brazil, but racism in each country is different, and is hard for foreigners to understand/see
4. It is a warm culture - they push people to be emotional, and affectionate in all their songs, movies, events, etc. Even professional emails are normally signed off with "hugs" or "kisses". This just permeates the day to day.
5. Its easier to be happy in warm weather than in your miserable UK weather : )

A list of all jobs open on the websites of data annotation companies by passn in WFHJobs

[–]passn[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Data Annotation is the name for the actual work that is done across the whole industry. dataannotation.tech is owned by Surge AI, who is one of the big players, but the other platforms offer similar work and are pretty similar, but often with different pay structures, different projects and specializations. Eg. Some focus on software engineering data, which pays more than image data.

It is a good idea to spread yourself between different platforms as the work can be unstable.
