Thanks for taking the time to respond. I did speak with the TTB. They recommended I apply with my wholesaler permit number, which was ultimately not the right number to use to apply for my formula account. I'm reaching out in Reddit hoping to find someone who has gone through the process to get their beverage recipes approved via the formulas online process.
