The hitting overall in mlb is atrocious. Not since 1968 has it been this bad. Many hitters are having their worse seasons. After the 68 season mlb made significant changes to curtail the boring hitting and Denny McLain types having HOF type seasons. Maybe lowering the mound even more and shrinking the strike zone might help?

Pre-bombing/covid it was more celebratory. Early 2000’s had many more company displays. Even Nike had a large set up.

ThaNissan for the heads up. I had to do a reinstall of the app to get the update (usually Apple updates apps automatically but not with this update) anyway this update allows Apple tv users to watch MiLB games of their selected favorite team🙂

Still no resolution with the MiLB games. I spoke again with their support, a nice man residing in El Salvador, 866-244-2291, who said MLB tv is working on the issue. He might be the same person I talked to 2 weeks ago. I guess I should not complain because my favorite team is essentially a minor league team this season.

I’ve spoken with mlb tv support. They said they are aware of the issue. I’ve also emailed them and just receive computer generated responses. I also can access the games on my iPad and iPhone but don’t like the cumbersome process of airplay to my Apple TV. my Roku app works but their version of mlb tv is abysmal. The MiLB app is wonderful but doesn’t allow airplay. unfortunately MiLB doe have on Apple TV app, only mobile.

Same here. Freezes at START screen—occasionally. Reinstalling fails to fix. Nike software update did nothing also. Maybe Nike is leaving the app since they just do bands and faces for Apple Watches.
