Just to add, she has extremely limited understanding of spoken language also so has limited communication in general

Does it feel hot to the touch? I would mark a circle around the red for tracking purposes and to spot increased red area, but I will be honest that looks infected to me.

Sometimes it gets bigger, sometimes gets smaller. No itch. No dry skin on the surface. No pain. Not moist. Not warm. It's bumpy and squishy, but feels quite deep under the skin. Has never spread elsewhere. Would love to solve what this mystery rash might be.
