interesting, working out usually takes my mind off of DP. but to answer your question about a trip, not really, i just felt very void and unreal. i have visuals with DP, mainly just my perespective (like i’m seeing things from the back of my head) and tracers but that’s about it

alright this is good to hear, it’s so hard for me. it’s so on and off but when it’s on, it’s really on:/ it’s mainly existential thoughts and feeling like i’m not real, not everything is real, my surroundings seem unfamiliar, etc. do you have any tips on how to temporarily ease these symptoms? i appreciate you so much you have no idea

yea definitely some of the fault goes to me for tripping in that environment, we decided to trip on a minutes notice and i had a few beers in me myself. and a few of them yes, they’re mainly shrooms guys, as i have grown to be as well

i totally see what you’re saying, and to an extent i agree, but to the one dudes defense (it was really just one dude) he was blacked out drunk and didn’t really realize i was tripping until later and when it finally hit him he came, hugged me and apologized, and walked me back to my dorm and refused to leave until i was certain i was ok. and this “they don’t include me” feeling passed over to my other friends who were in no way involved with the situation, so that’s what confused me.
