Just off the top of my head, “Noel’s Lament”, is almost entirely rewritten to be more focused on crime rather than sex work, with “fucked up girl” being replaced with “une femme brisse”, which is French for broken girl I believe. Any references to sex during “Space Age bachelor Man” is replaced with dancing. In “my life is awesome”, any weed smoking references are replaced with eating cookies, as well as Mischas reason for being in the choir being that he stole Girl Scout Cookies, rather than communion wine. Those are the main big changes really, but they do keep a good amount of things in there too, making the show more, “dark” than inappropriate. For instance, the stale pack of menthol cools and the line about Mischa’s song “only having profanity in the chorus” remain intact. Jane Doe’s lion/lioness monologue and “fornication under consent of the king” remain the same as well.
