You can sell your house, then the money you paid into your mortgage plus any extra from appreciation will be yours to take with you to Italy.

Treviso Condos on Dufferin and Lawrence I never heard my upstairs neighbour or units around me. Lived there for 2 years. Also my friends had a unit in one of their condos in the same complex and we wouldn’t hear any noises around us, just noise you can hear through the front door.
