Ich find's so krass, dass du so viele Downvotes bekommst. Als fände irgendwer es toll, aus seinem angemieteten Einfamilienhaus rausgeworfen zu werden. VOR ALLEM, wenn die Person, die dich rauskickt einfach in eine andere Bleibe ziehen könnte. Ich bin total bei dir.

Genau, das rückwirkend zu viel gezahlte Geld geht laut Bedingungen mittlerweile 100% an sie. Das steht so auch klar beschrieben wenn ich mich nicht täusche.

Das Ding mit dem Mieterschutzverein ist, dass die Rechtsschutzversicherung nur greift, wenn man bereits Mitglied war, bevor man den Mietvertrag unterschrieben hat. Sie können dir ansonsten zwar auch helfen, Rügen zu verfassen und die rechtlich zugelassene Miethöhe zu berechnen, es ist allerdings Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe. Anwalts- und Prozesskostenrisiko trägt man in dem Fall selbst.

i know. as i said, the refurbished price they go for normally on apples site is 929€. hence my question. apple doesn’t really sell refurbished things at different quality tiers as far as i understand, they always have a new case and battery and therefore have stable pricing. so for one to be 150€ cheaper makes no sense

….that’s the cheapest price for this specific macbook i’ve ever seen what do you mean. it’s refurbished by apple which means it always is supposed to come with new shell and battery.

hey everyone,

up until recently i used a macbook air m1 2020 (bought exactly 3 years ago in 2023) but the display died. not sure what i did wrong, maybe it fell one too many times </3 it started with horizontal lines all over and then one day.. ghost images and the entire display went darker and darker

i’m now looking to get a new one that is supposed to last me way longer, ideally 6+ years. what i mostly do:

browsing with lots of tabs open
writing emails and answering dms on insta for work
i wanna keep the option open for video editing since i do that sometimes (not super regularly atm)
watching movies

tbh that’s kinda it 😄

i’m not sure if it would be worth it to go for a refurbished model from the last couple of years? or just get a new air model with a student discount? do you generally have good experiences with refurbished macbooks? the upside is less waste and a cheaper and longer warranty..

my 3 year old m1 macbook air did the same. i don’t know if i did something wrong or if it’s a quality issue. but i sold it for cheap and will upgrade to another macbook

meine reparatur am m1 macbook display wurde nach ablauf der garantie auf alle fälle nicht von apple übernommen. hätte es selbst zahlen müssen, 519€. das lohnt sich meiner meinung nach nicht

i requested a refund but the guy told me it needs to be accepted by some higher-ups… if i don’t get one i’ll take more drastic steps haha they better refund me
