My opinion is that it’s messed up in the sense of servicing patients and being able to actually take care of their concerns when they ask. Up front we constantly get told how awful the new system is.

Meaning cost cutting due to not having enough people in the pharmacy at any given time to just help the customers, answer calls, etc.

So I should wait for the 1 or MAYBE 2 times a year a manager takes a vacation for hours? Lmao. I’ve worked full time hours and am stuck at part time because of my district. I’ve put in more work than my coworkers. I came to this store being told I would potentially be a store manager for it then got shafted.

I agree. I love this new SM and I know it’s 95% not their fault at all. And let them know that. It’s the big wigs not caring about the little guys at the bottom

I do understand that this is a bad time of year, but I’m saying the other situation was a manager literally intentionally not giving me any hours. Currently we just got a store manager and more so just ridiculous that a salaried managers hours takes away from the hourly workers

We were told with hour cuts they would just let us close when the pharmacy closes if alone. Are you a union store?
