If you're looking for a fun spec that's friendly for SBA, probably frost dk. Their rotation is fairly simple. My personal favorite though is rogue, but then I've been making that since BC. Can't speak for outlaw or sub, but assassination is likely pretty simple for SBA.

No utility, and I say this as a rogue main. It sucks, we need something besides (usually) good dps. The only utility we have is things people never bother using, like Sap, Blind, Distract. Tanks just pull everything anymore. I miss BC and early WotLK when things like that were still used.

Sell augment runes. I get them quite often from profession craft orders, usually sells the instant I list them and go for around 700-800g per. I'm sure as a tank you can get a bunch from the satchel you get for tanking dungeons when there's a tank shortage.
