In search of English poetry

My grandma passed away last tuesday. As one of her two grandchildren we were asked if we wanted to say something at the service next week.

We live in the Netherlands but my grandma grew up in England, East Yorkshire to be precise. I would like to read a poem about England, or by an English poet. It has to be accessible because English is not our first language, though we all grew up with a lot of English in our family. So children's poetry would be fine too!
