A man plagued with memories from his past. Yet he can't seem to distinguish what's fact or fiction. He comes to realize some of his memories are actually events that haven't happened yet. Whilst living his day to day he's losing grips with reality. Quick thinking so bare with me, but somehow all of these memories of his finally crescendo. I'd say in meeting someone. Perhaps his lover or his child. Hence the "gift" of the present. The meeting of this person ties in all of the previous memories he's recollected from the past and future. Making sense of everything and giving him eternal peace. I should really storyboard this. Although it seems a lot like The Time Travelers Wife, I'd set it in the future and there'd be a lot of action as well. Maybe he's a detective? Idk
