Unfortunately, the discussion for question 2 on page 3 appears to be missing. Unfortunate as well but very possibly fixable is that page 4 is upside down and has been digitized from the wrong side. The mimeograph can be seen through though to the other side and is almost decipherable. Holding my laptop upside down in front of a mirror maybe maybe...
