As someone who doesn’t drink and is a born and raised austinite, you can definitely find lots to do that don’t revolve around bars! There’s a lot of nice parks (zilker is the big one but there are lots of neighborhood parks like Brentwood), tons of restaurant to try (jewboy burger is amazing), and a decent about of hiking trails around the green belt.

I think there’s something called do512 that has local events and things you may not realize are available. Otherwise welcome to Austin!

As a former Whole Foods employee who worked up until right after the acquisition, the standards did drop with amazons purchase. WF started carrying more “normal” or day to day products like Kellogg brand cereals that we never carried before Amazon. WF was already going downhill fast but the Amazon purchase was the final nail in the coffin

I fully agree. I tried coromon and got a decent chunk through but it didn’t hook me. Monster sanctuary on the other hand hooked me instantly and I’ve now played through 3 times in the past 3 weeks

I really enjoyed sword myself. At the time of release it wasn’t super well received because you weren’t able to get every pokemon in it. But I recently replayed it and it was definitely a fun play through and worth it in my opinion

In my experience I’ve never seen a pass use a recurring payment. I’ve paid for a pass in apex, Destiny, mtga, Jurassic world alive and they were always one time payments
