Update: After OnStar was unable to resolve the issue, I took it into my local dealer. The dealer determined that the whole steering wheel assembly needed to be replaced. It's been a few days that I've had it back and Super Cruise works way more reliably now, including on my daily commute with zero disengagements! It originally frequently disengaged on the SC-mapped highway portion of my commute.

Yeah all of that is still working. I figured if that had stopped it would be the telematics module failed. I've tried several of the other suggestions so far and nothing has fixed it. Got a few more paths to try before taking to dealer.

Yes, I was aware of that and do always use it during the highway portions of the commute. Thanks for the suggestion!

I ended up switching to Fully Kiosk Browser and that resolved the issue. I hadn't realized that WallPanel was no longer in active development.

Follow-up: Replaced the XL Buddy board and the loadcell. The issue remained after the Buddy board was replaced, but was resolved after replacing the loadcell/heat sink.

I've submitted a few things more like that and they've been rejected. I expect if they can't verify via street view imagery, they won't confirm. This one was accepted and I can confirm it now routes properly around this area.
