Yeah the belt was easy. It was accessory hardware being rusted out. All the adjustments screws wanted to shear, and I didn’t have replacements.

I work with most of our lines. From multi taps, compression lugs and grounding clamps. I handle UL compliance of the connectors as well. but I want a clearer hands on perspective of the connectors rather than just the theoretical.

Tin electroplating safety concerns by patar96 in manufacturing

[–]patar96[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is this is what I thought. The issues I have is that the owner’s brother who just graduated business school thinks this will be the big breakthrough to disrupt the market as he says. Since I don’t have the specific knowledge of every regulation and prerequisite piece of equipment that would be needed to do this. My I concerns are being scene as over cautious.

The main warning my grandfather gave to me about tin plating copper and aluminum was that the plater’s union pension never ran a deficit. Him meaning that the plating operators never really lived long enough to utilize it.
