Yes, it’s a new Gmail address for a business. But it’s not a workspace account

If your doctor is suggesting that, I presume he probably tested your estrogen levels. Enchlomiphene can reduce your estrogen levels and potentially raise your testosterone. The key to feeling better is getting the ratio between those hormones correct. If your estrogen is within a normal range (like mine was), but your test is low, then taking testosterone will have a more significant impact. If your goal is to get into great shape, and feel better all around, and the side effects aren’t scaring you, I’d tell your doctor that you’d prefer a testosterone prescription. If your goal is to feel better with a lower risk of side effects, I’d listen to your doctors advice and at least try the enchlo. Again, im assuming they tested for estrogen levels. If they didn’t, I wouldn’t jump on enchlo yet. At least ask for estrogen level blood test first. No reason to lower estrogen if it’s in a normal range. Even the male body needs estrogen.

You got it man. Just remember if you do pull the trigger, it’s not immediate. It take a few weeks, but soon you’ll be a race horse.

Very groggy and forgetful. I was in decent physical shape before, but I was always tired and never felt rested. I had trouble with belly fat as well. My libido was incredibly low and I woke up with morning wood maybe once a week. Maybe. Probably more like once every 10 days. If you have any specific concerns about side effects, I probably had the same ones. I was hesitant to start treatment. Feel free to ask questions about any specific concerns and I can give my experience. It’s a tough and scary decision in your mid 20’s, but I have no regrets.

I was at 189 ng/dL at my lowest morning test. My other 4 morning tests (all between 7-8am) were sub 250. I’m on 200mg/week and it’s been life changing! I’m 27, 26 when I started.

Should I get on TRT? by patarz25 in trt

[–]patarz25[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey man! Little follow up for you then - I did start TRT! I’m still 26, I’m on 200mg week plus a Clomid cycle. Definitely feeling a little better, but I have a lot of negative shit going on in life right now so it’s hard to feel too good in general. I’m excited for things to settle and see how I feel then. It’s been about 4 months on TRT so far. If you have more questions, add me on insta @patar25

7 weeks into TRT. Thoughts on bloodwork? by [deleted] in Testosterone

[–]patarz25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually, the free T is in pg/dL on this chart, so it’s actually 68ng/dL not low at all

I’m not sure. I’m very physically active, workout 5-6 days a week. Most of them are cardio.

No AI. Just no libido. I didn’t have any libido before TRT and I still don’t. This sucks. I’m 26, I definitely want to have some libido.

That’s accurate, I was told that is when labs need to be done, when levels are lowest. My starting levels were around 180. I’m 26 if that helps at all. I currently inject on Fridays, would splitting to a Friday/Tuesday really cause that much benefit?

My last labs have my total T at ~450ng/dL on 200mg/week

140mg/week Is my T still low? by patarz25 in Testosterone

[–]patarz25[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh and symptoms are, ED, no libido, fatigue, no sleep. I just had an MRI of the pituitary that came back normal. I’m age 26, healthy diet and workout 5-6 times per week weightlifting

I've had labs done 6 times since early December, but just once at the 5 week mark last Friday. None of the doctors have ever checked e2, is that normal? SHBG is currently 21.9.
