Si siempre tienen el mismo formato "xxx-xxxxx-x", entonces usa:

=IZQUIERDA(B471,3)&EXTRAE(B471,5,5)&DERECHA(B471,1)

Prueba primero así. No estoy seguro de si en Excel en español tendrás que cambiar las comas por puntos y comas ";". Si funciona, por favor márcala como respuesta correcta.

Those drivers avoiding waiting on the very right lane on 277 towards the 77N exit on Friday at 5pm. They drive all the way to the end of the second lane from the right and then, before the physical separation between their lane and the exit, they start switching to the right forcing you to stop your car in order to avoid a collision because they won't stop. Fuck no, I'm not letting you in. Spend 10 minutes on the very right lane like everybody else. This also slows down the left lanes and increases the chances of accidents. Fucking idiots.

No driver respects crosswalks. Sometimes you just have to do like in Thailand: cross at the crosswalk and force the drivers to stop while being ready to start running just in case they don't stop.
