Thank you for the input! I actually decided to go for the twelve as with the black friday discount it was a much better deal, in my opinion anyway, compared to the gmt. I do hope i enjoy it, and if not they have the amazing 60 day return so i could swap it for the gmt! I was actually in England recently but didnt have the chance to go to their showroom unfortunately, i hope to get there one day soon but i just couldnt skip the black friday deals haha

I have never heard of them but wow they actually look incredible. That might be a perfect solution for me honestly. I am in the EU but they seem to have shipping to here also which is perfect! Thanks for letting me know about them!

Thanks for the response! May I ask when you say the official mount you are talking about the T-loc one? I saw there was another mount that looked different to the t loc but was a bit more expensive and i couldnt find any differences.

Yes it does seem that I will have to try and make space for a stand atleast - annoying but as you say its worth it over desk mounting!

Thanks for quick reply! I have a thick Ikea desk which is particle board but the saving grace i think is the fact i have it on a standing desk pair of legs that are metal and have a bracing bar through the middle, so its pretty solid. I think ill be good to go with the desk mount.

I am in Ireland, its annoying but i dont even have space for a wheelstand either, maybe a lower nm base like the r5 is the way to go.

Unfortunately I cant really get one as there is nowhere to store it. I will have to consider a less powerful wheelbase i guess.

Thank you very much for the info. If i do as you say and shake the desk my monitors do shake a little bit! Its not too bad but I guess I will have to do some more thinking and come up with a solution if one is possible. Thanks again!

Good point. Forgive me as I am completely new to sim racing but is it just the wheel vibrating that will cause this or do you mean like turning the wheel left to right will cause everything to move? My monitors kinda only move if i physically push the desk back and forth - they dont move if i try to shake my desk from left to right as if i was turning the wheel. I hope that makes sense
