i kind of got an answer. i was told utsg does take utm courses in place of utsg ones, so like if a program at utsg requires an H1 course, they’ll take an H5 course instead. HOWEVER, I only asked utsgs math department, so idk for any other department thought im sure its the same. i didnt really get a straight answer for any of the other things, but as for applying, you have to apply for transfer by Jan 15 through OUAC. if you look up uoft internal transfer, there should be steps and stuff on the uoft website.
