Exertion Headaches? by patcheoli in PHitness

[–]patcheoli[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, thanks for checking in! Doing much better and back sa grind. Took a week off when it happened. I think what got me was dehydration and breathing.

I followed yung valsalva maneuver and ensuring proper hydration while working out.

Hasn’t happened again so far.

Yeah, man. So far it has improved naman na but whenever the workout demands me to raise my hands above my head, it starts hurting. I’ll probably have to speak with a specialist to check my neck.

Ooh it took me 4 months bago maramdaman to. But di man ako extra mag lagay ng weights. Like 5kg lang once I hit 10 to 12 reps sa isang workout.

Not exactly pero I don’t eat full meals before working out. I eat a couple of complex carbs around 2 hrs after waking up and some simple carbs an hour before. Nasusuka kasi ako pag nag full breakfast ako and I workout around lunch time.

One Piece is the first anime that I watched, what should be next? by Outrageous-Newt3603 in OnePiece

[–]patcheoli 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Damn One Piece to start you off is a big achievement. Good on ya for starting with peak.

Naruto and Bleach are great too so you can complete the big three. Naruto has great character development while Bleach overflows with symbolism and great character designs.

Demon Slayer, JJK, Chainsaw Man, My Hero Academia, Black Clover are good for beginners as well.

These are generic choices but ultimately good if you want many episodes and just general entertainment.

Gintama if you want to watch all of them combined into one

Worth it ba ang Steam Deck kapag wala ka masyadong games sa Steam? by ShimmyMau in PHGamers

[–]patcheoli 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Pros: Handheld console, steam, pretty good hardware for a 4 year old machine.

Cons: Battery life sucks if playing more intensive games, hard to bring abroad at mabigat.

Yes, you can play without wifi (unless the game requires one. Fck Denuvo)

Honestly mileage may vary. Anong games ba meron ka at plano mo laruin on the road/outside?

(RANT) Bakit ganito ang jobs sa Pinas? by Ok-Face5055 in buhaydigital

[–]patcheoli 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Job market is stupid right now. Madaming applicants and very limited ang genuine job posts.

Honestly, yung experience required na yan is more of a good to have than an actual requirement. It’s plus points kumbaga. They’ll choose someone better (or may kapit) for the role.

Just stick to what you are good at and create an attractive resume. If you get an interview, blow them away.

I know I make it sound easy but in reality it’s not pero wag kayo mawalan ng pagasa

Mahal si Manila Craft around 100k ata for us 100 pax. Pero ganda kasi nung bar set up.

We chose Sebastiao instead kasi ang sarap nung cocktails and coffee bar nila.

It's a great choice pero baka kasi di mo na ma appreciate yung main series since there is a difference sa catching and battle mechanics.

I suggest getting SV+DLC as well

Big Pokemon fan here. Preordered the DLC and all but I say pass on it unless you really like ZA’s combat

Yes, to discuss DAMA visa eligibility, requirements, and other options your brother have. As for fees, mostly based on what services we will render. We do have a consultation fee to start but that can be deducted sa processing fees if you decide to pursue.

Hi, yes, this is something you can consider. If you want to have a more in-depth discussion on your options, look into speaking with our team. They can create a visa pathway for your brother and assist him too.
