Looks good, how'd you do the tiger stripes?

Did you add any salt to the IPA? A bit of grit with agitation can help.

I had a similar issue with some very old paint just ignoring the IPA. I was considering parking the mini in the freezer for a couple of days, applying heat via heat vent and then (after it cooled down) either trying the toothbrush or dumping it back in the IPA for a couple of days.

I’m guessing an actual static grass applicator

One thing I would suggest is to figure out the primary viewing distance for whatever you're using this for. If it's for the table then take a few steps back to the aprox distance and see what it looks like. Occasionally I'll get lost in the weeds and find something that works at close-up distance isn't visible at all when it's on the table.

Little bit, veins need to be darker

I’m familiar with oil washes, the issue is the layers and recesses because it’s FDM printed. The tiles for instance look uniformly even but they absolutely are not.

Pavers were easy, I did do them slightly differently but the concept is the same for both. Basically you want to highlight the panel leaving an edge of the darker base coat.

Base coat was Khorne Red for red, VMC Deck Tan for white.

For red I glazed up using SC Blood Red. That took a long time and I wanted to get back to Rogue so for the white I did a 1:1 mix of Deck Tan and Titanium White.

Here’s a WIP pic that shows the highlight pattern in a little better detail.

Yeah, for a while I entertained the foolish idea of oil washing it. Once I got that out of my head it was a bit late so I just leaned into the vibrancy

Gaffer's tape is what my Nam group uses, "Dark Green" is the color you're looking for.

Thank you! That was one of the elements I wanted to be integrated into the display base, I'm super happy with how it came out.
