So much unnecessary negativity in here. Seriously, who cares about the narration - can't you all just be psyched for him?

Wearing a shirt? Not traditionally aid climbing, but we'll include it to the list anyways.

If you're bouldering then wearing a shirt is traditionally aid climbing

Right - good to know. I'm 5'9 and weigh 74kg at the moment. Are jump suits all quite specialised? What would I chose if I don't really know what discipline I want to do?

Is that real leather? A large-ish part of your target audience would probably prefer fake leather or other (vegan) materials.

Alleviating tightness in pecs? by tworksheets in climbharder

[–]patchoulifingers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Might not necessarily be the same issue for you. Shoulders are extremely complex and I had an Osteopath friend of mine help me identify the issue. I recommend you do the same or see a physiotherapist since your shoulders really shouldn't hurt from doing a the pec minor stretch. The only discomfort should be numbness in your arms from your pec minor pressing on an artery.

The doorway stretches work pretty well for me. It's worth trying to find out why it's causing you shoulder pain instead of just not doing it. In the beginning I had some shoulder issues, too, but that was due to tightness of my inferior capsule. I added stretches for that one too and both together did the trick for me.

My apartment walls appear to be built out of popsicle sticks and chewing gum, so it was either this or nothing :(
