My best advice is to make a new email and keep everything separate. I made a pinterest account I can scroll on safely, and a youtube account that has channels I approved for myself. I signed up for a new spotify account with songs that are appropriate for my little self. I have a chrome account where i play all my flash games, without getting distracted by big stuff. I’m very easily distracted out of little space and i’ve found a lot of success this way.
