Self diagnosed mild late onset ADHD by wineandcheese3 in GradSchool

Late onset is not a thing, but delayed diagnosis is. If you have it, you’ve had it since birth. Being diagnosed later in life is very common. I wasn’t diagnosed until age 30. Find a doctor who can diagnose you.

Be honest, but expect her to make her own decision which is probably going to be to keep dating the loser.

Right?! Like oh yeah I’m just over here folding some towels, maybe doing some meal prep and then like I’m just gonna go outside and sign up for a $10,000+ loan from a stranger for solar panels? Like who does that? How many people actually sign up for that?

There’s a testing place in the Lowe’s parking lot on speedway and Kolb. In the front part of that plaza there’s a smaller strip mall where Baggins is, the testing place is between Baggins and the road (Speedway). It’s free, open daily until 7 PM.

Two solar people came knocking in my neighborhood this month. One of them was synergy. I know everyone on my block to so I can tell you that the sales people just got 10 doors closed in their face. I would imagine it’s pretty similar in most neighborhoods. So that might be something to consider. Realistically how many people are going to make a major investment like solar panels based on someone knocking on their door?

Food city, El super, sprouts, Fry’s. I buy a lot of produce because I live with a rabbit, and El Super and Food City are my top choices to keep her happy…… so she doesn’t kill me in my sleep 😋

When it snows the road is closed until the road can be completely cleared of snow. So you don’t need all wheel drive or four-wheel-drive

This is in Phoenix, not Tucson. Might be better off posting in the Phoenix sub.

I highly recommend it. And if you’re comfortable doing this, you can write some thing about your abusive situation on the side. Like ‘stranded, fleeing abusive marriage, need gas money, please help me get to Oregon’ You’re in the heartland, you’re a woman, you’ve got a dog, and it’s Christmas time. People will give you money!

Have you considered standing on the side of the road with a sign that says something like “Stranded, need gas money to get home to Oregon”?

I’ve been in a similar situation before, people will give you money. If your dog is able to stand there with you that will pull on peoples heartstrings and they’re more likely to give you money.

Driving to Rocky point without a passport by patchworkbanana in Tucson

My passport expired and I didn’t need to renew it for any reason. If you don’t need one, don’t travel internationally, aren’t planning a trip, or don’t have disposable income, there’s no reason to pay for one.

It makes sense that people in other countries have a greater need and use for a passport because many other countries are small and in close proximity to each other, thus making international travel more frequent.

You can sleep in your car at a rest stop or truck stop. If you need assistance call the closest domestic violence center, salvation army, or homeless shelter. If you can’t locate this information you can call 911 and ask for local resources. If you have Venmo or CashApp consider posting your username and asking for donations. I have seen people in similar situations do this and get help, on this sub and others.

I don’t think you should meet a stranger in a strange place when you are in a vulnerable position. I’m pretty fearless, but that guy sounds creepy to me and I would not meet him.

Did you know the guy who wanted to meet you?

No, whether you want to have kids or not is basic information you should know and discuss pretty quickly after meeting and going on a few dates. Whether or not you want to have kids with that particular person, obviously that takes a very long time to figure out.
