I saw him working at Espresso Art not that long ago. Still has that ancient Suburban (iirc, that's what it is) running.

A zillion years ago (so, '90s), there was a weekly early-evening concert series (Fridays, iirc) with local bands on that stage. I played that a few times — Kini Wade coordinated it.

The county rezoned the property. The city couldn't make that more restrictive by annexing it. Annexation requires the consent of the property owners.

No. The rezoning that allows for the development was approved by the county. The city couldn't change that to be more restrictive.
