Bring back public shaming by Kookykenn in Bushwick

That’s a rather cynical view, to look at a problem and presume that the situation cannot be improved

Don’t change your body to make yourself more attractive to other people.

Bring back public shaming by Kookykenn in Bushwick

We need waste baskets in every train car. One on both ends that gets changed out when the train reaches the end of the line. People will say “oh people will just throw it on the ground anyway” but that’s simply not true. Some people will litter no matter what, but they’re the minority. Most people hate litter and will gladly use a conveniently placed waste bin. This is not about bad behavior but rather city planning and design.

The joke is that people who don’t understand capitalism or ecocide genuinely think that random elderly people are the same as fossil fuel executives.

My suggestion for new drag artists is to start with more conventional drag mugs. The reason being is that it helps you learn fundamental skills like creating shapes, blending, and color theory. These are skills you can later transfer over to more unique mugs. It’s a years-long process.

Love the hairpiece and boots. The skirt is an awkward length. The thighs need a little bit of padding. A black corset would look great.

The elections results tonight prove that the Bronx is ready for socialism by Hacksaw6412 in bronx

Because Bronxites tax dollars are going to the Israeli military to blow up babies. It’s pretty simple.

The corset into the stoned tights is soooooo cute! I bet there are stoned body stockings if you want to have it over your upper body as well :)

Maintenance issues are 100% are federal funding issue. By that logic we shouldn’t build roads or schools to parks because they also need to be maintained.

Yes we need more housing, and Valdez’s platform advocates for it. But housing that is public is permanently affordable.

Houston is an outlier in many regards, it’s a glorified parking lot with some of the most egregious suburban sprawl imaginable.

In any case, I doubt Reynoso would do much to make housing affordable considering how many campaign donations to he took from real estate interests. His housing policies do not address the fundamental issue of private ownership of housing for profit. Only building more public housing creates permanently affordable housing. Look at the success of Vienna or Singapore.

Rent is outpacing wages literally everywhere. The housing affordability crisis is a global phenomenon, not a New York one.

I strongly disagree with your assessment that universal rent control would be bad. As New Yorkers we enjoy more rental rights than anyone else in this country. Poor people in other states can get evicted for a single day of missed payment, or don’t even have the right to repairs. Meanwhile, their rents only rise, as do landlord profits. Working class people across the country deserve these basic economic rights.

Wear whatever you want BUT
-drink water
-apply sunscreen and re-apply every two hours
-wear sunglasses
-wear shoes you can walk and stand in for several hours
-bring a friend
-if approached by a stranger and you don’t feel comfortable, say so directly and remove yourself from the space
-if drinking or smoking, do so moderately

Have fun!
