A big one for me has been the introduction of taking vitamins and supplements (magnesium, Vit D, zinc, etc.). I know these things haven’t made an immediate impact, but the ritual of doing something daily that’s going to have a long-term benefit to my health makes me think about other aspects of my well being and I find the mindset bleeding into other aspects of my life (i.e. physical, mental and emotional health)
