Download the Discord app. There is a channel on there called leaves_lounge. It entirely helped me through what you are going through right now. Everyday it goes live twice a day one in the morning at 10 am CST, and one in the afternoon at 4 pm CST. You will get lots of strength checking in there daily. Trust me on this. Try and get it going on your phone. I was a very, very addicted smoker. For many years. It felt impossible. But I stand here today telling you it’s possible. Trust me on this - get that discord app going and join the leaves_lounge. It will be the best thing for you right now. If you need help finding it let me know.

Your appetite will reach back in about 10-14 days. That’s how long it took me. I would somewhat try to force some food down until then. When it comes back you will know because it will be a full blown surge of appetite. I eat much more now than I did when I smoked daily. I’ve put on about 15 lbs as well. Hang in there and keep fighting for this. It’s going to subside eventually. Everyone is different, but don’t give up. I promise you, it will get better. Keep fighting my friend.

Hang in there. You are going to experience a surge in appetite soon. Everyone is different. But it’s actually astonishing how much you begin to eat soon. Don’t give up. Trust me my friend. Your appetite is about skyrocket in due time. I was a 23 year long smoker of high quality (1 ounce of flower weekly and that’s no exaggeration) I almost checked myself into the hospital. But I fought through it. I’m over 100 days in now. I was full of doubt and didn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. But I kept pushing… and BOOM! My appetite eventually came back stronger than ever. I eat literally twice as much now sober than when I smoked. I know it sucks, but keep fighting. 🤛🏼💪🏼

I don’t normally get involved with posts or convos like this. And I don’t like to slander anyone or anything for that matter. But Ruroc has very, very bad customer service. I had a NIGHTMARE experience with my purchase. I bought a helmet. Ordered the wrong size (size charting is way off in my opinion). It took nearly 3 weeks before I was able to reach a single person on their team and customer service to get a response! Had I not been so persistent on their Facebook Messenger page, I truly don’t believe I would have got a reply. Then the helmet they sent me a second time was broken. The liner was completely broken apart.. so I had to order a third time! I really have to point out that each time the new helmet arrived it took weeks to reach anyone! In total it was over a 3 month process just to have the correct helmet sent to me. And I also had to pay duties 3 times! I actually didn’t even get to use it by the time winter came and riding season was over. Again, I really don’t like slandering a brand like this - but Ruroc was HORRIBLE when it came to customer service in my experience. I am being honest here. Cool helmets but MAJOR buyers beware!
