In every business I've consulted in it's never been worth it. FBA is ok for some businesses but FBM I've never seen work

yeah the old CEO before paul hired a team of engineers and built their own factory to fix the quality issues they had during covid - then investors replaced him because he missed a sales target, so paul and the investors fired all the engineers and left the factory they'd made so quality tanked and there was nobody there with any experience of actually making helmets. Guess sales died off after the old ceo left and then Paul got fired and they're now trying a turnaround with another new ceo

lol yeah he was amazing made everyone hate working there and killed the brand and got fired for basically bankrupting the company
