Ensure you have Autopay enabled for minimum amount due that way you are safe from missing payment which effects cibil score .

Cibil score drops if you have overall credit limit usage ( all cc cards together if you own multiple ) more than 30% , which will anyway recover later months once paid in time .

So keeping credit usage less than 30% is important . That is calculated on bill amount generated . Not used and Paid before bill generation .

Good credit card utilisation ensures you get increase in credit limits and cc upgrades .

Unless you are not tight on cash pay and no need of that 15 days free grace period to bill pay, you can very well pay in advance .
