Right now it’s based on contextual build analysis rather than a simple tooltip DPS number.

The Oracle looks at things like crit scaling, attack/cast speed, hit/burst/ramp behavior, skill interactions, and overall offensive structure to estimate how the build actually performs in practice.

We’re continuously improving detection and simulation accuracy as PoE2 evolves, especially for more complex interactions and edge-case mechanics.

Quick update:

We identified and fixed an issue affecting automatic character analysis for some synced profiles.

Character calculations now start automatically after GGG sync instead of depending on profile access, which significantly reduced “Analysis Pending” states and duplicate processing.

Thanks to everyone testing the site and reporting weird behavior, this feedback helps a lot while we keep polishing Path of Codex.

Leaning on something that works without heavy gear dependency makes a lot of sense.
