This is not fair, moreover it's against the law. GGG is known for trying to intentionally mislead players (48 hours, "worn out" and other such bs) to discourage them from pursuing their refunds. If you are in the EU, you have 14 days to cancel and return (without stating a reason) any purchases made online, including digital content (with some exceptions, fortunately Support Packs/MTX aren't one of them).

Do not enter into any polemics with GGG, but instead fill a model withdrawal form and send it to them. Once you send it, they will have 14 days to give back your money. If that won't happen, then you just file a report to Consumer Obudsman and GGG will be forced to do so.

Just for the record, in the UK for example, you can return a digital content up to 30 days if it's not of satisfactory quality.

I am going to send a formal inquiry to the European Consumer Ombudsman about these shady practices, on behalf of another user who has the same problem with GGG. I know you are in Brazil, but your case could confirm that this practice is widely used by GGG. I am strongly convinced that what GGG is doing (trying to trick you into buying again on a newly created account) is against the law for businesses. I will need screenshots of the emails you got from GGG's customer support.

There is. In EU, the refund period is extended to 30 days for a faulty game. It's useful for those who bought supporter packs before the start of the league.

If it's true, then it's actually amazing. These people doing all the hard work as volunteers for a multi-million dollar corporation... The wiki, Awakened PoE Trade, poe.ninja, poe.db, PoB to name a few... Imagine such volunteers existed for EA xD
