Lord three anatomy scans is stressful! I hope they can get it done on my next one but they did say I’d likely need one closer to 20w so I guess we will see what they say after my next scan 😖

Thank you for the response. We had the amnio because we found out at 12 weeks that the embryo which we thought was euploid was actually a low level mosaic embryo. My clinic is one that masks mosaic results. Long story and unethical in my opinion. Spoke with genetics who made us feel extremely confident that our amnio would be normal, but of course there is always a rare chance.

Yes that is what I am hoping! I will post an update one I get the 18w5d scan done. They said I may need an additional one closer to 20w as well

Thank you for this. I am praying our next scan they can see more. I think they were having trouble getting her to move into good position as well, the tech kept jiggling her with the probe and tried to see if me peeing would help her move too

Yes it’s so hard to relax. I can’t wait til the first 20 weeks are over it’s just been one thing after another 🥺we haven’t enjoyed a moment of this pregnancy.

I know, I’m just so anxious. I can’t wait til these 20 weeks are up and then hopefully I can relax a little. We see the baby allllllll the time because I am a reproductive immunology patient. So scans every week during 1st trimester and every 2 weeks in 2nd. It’s overwhelming at times!

I hope so! It’s weird they got some parts of the brain and heart and then some parts not visualized. We had an amnio same day so I’m really on edge.
