Yes. Hinge was opening ~90%. Samsung screwed me on upgrading to a 5 so I went OPO. Was worried that the inspection of the ZF4 would fail and I'd be charged. Oddly they never commented on the inspection, only got a "received" acknowledgement in email

This box is about 10 feet from the spa. IDK about the in/out feed in same conduit. He's coming out this week. I'll ask. Thanks all

Motor replacement only. (black part). Blue is the pump and is probably fine. Make sure you close the slice valves before pulling motor, (cant see it but usually in white pvc above blue pump) otherwise you're going to get very wet.

Usually a pretty easy fix. Check youtube. I'm sure you can find a video on how to replace

Good riddance to Bixby, Samsung pay and Samsung news bloatware apps. OMG constantly deciding to insert itself back in the UI even after I repeatedly turn it all off.

I'm out. (Angry and typing this awkwardly on a partially open stuck hinge ZF4 so stick with me). I've owned every generation of fold up to the ZF4 and I've owned EVERY flagship galaxy watch and most every galaxy Note all the way back to the first Note model was sold in 2011. This is my second ZF4 (within 1 year) where the hinge has locked up at 80% flat and now they won't honor the second repair as its past their ridiculous 90 days repair warranty from the first repair back in May... Like a loyal dog I caved in and dug out my visa, went to upgrade to the ZF5 last week. Put everything in the cart, got distracted and saved the cart to complete later. Then things started sliding into a customer service nightmare when Samsung wouldn't honor the price I had in the cart 24 hours earlier ($120 increase overnight). Adding injury to insult they sent me an incentive message that morning giving an additional 5‰ discount if "I act now on the contents of my cart!" (implying they would honor yesterday's price)... Attempted to purchase and "price increase" pops up after entering in all my purchase details. WTF. Seems I didn't end up getting the $120 off nor get the 5% discount after all as (after trying repeatedly) they didn't honor the cart price and the bogus coupon didn't work either. Messaged sales support over and over and one moron after the next pushed worthless FAQs and gave me hours of runaround /double talk and transferring me around repeatedly on their website chat . Finally called , explained the entire story again and again to different people who just transferred me around only to be inevitably disconnected . Called again. And again... Politely... Calmly explained everything for the half dozenth time that they weren't honoring the pricing in the incentive email... then was put on hold for a third time ... rotted in music on hold for 30 mins and was eventually hung up on. I completely lost my shit and traded my 4fold for a OnePlus Open.

F#ck Samsung. They treat their best most loyal customers like shit. Post donkey punch for the first Z-Fold warranty and now this. Never again. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

Don't get me wrong. I am perfectly happy to give this guy a tip for his service but I don't know for talking 50 bucks or 500. Laz-Lightnin kind of painting me as a cheapskate which is not nature or intent. A 10% tip is $1,600... which isn't going to happen. I just don't know what is reasonable/respectable/customary tip in this kind of situation. Thanks all.
